Bruno is a highly dedicated and motivating coach. My goal was to get lean for a Photoshoot and he helped me lose 6kg (1st) in 10 weeks which was amazing! I felt more confident and stronger than ever, even though I was leaner than ever. I really cannot recommend his commitment and skill enough.
After coming back home from university I was dealing with a lot of anxiety and depression and I knew I needed to make a change. It was challenging during the beginning, but with perseverance (and a lot of help from my personal trainer Bruno) I managed to evolve into a better, stronger and more importantly HAPPIER me! It was exhilarating seeing myself improving every day and not only has my health improved, but my mind has also become stronger. Thanks to Bruno helping me every step of the way I managed to loose 10 kg!
My own journey started long before I became a coach. It hasn't always been an easy road to traverse, but it became MUCH easier after I became a coach. After acquiring the skills necessary to take results to the next level, I turned my attention to myself transformed my body and mind. I lost a total of 24kg (3st 11lbs), became a more confident, happier and healthier person in the process.
